Join us for an artist talk with photographer and artist Inuuteq Storch in connection with the exhibition Heart Beats Hope. Together with Kunsten Museum of Modern Art Aalborg's director Lasse Andersson, he invites you to a conversation about the artworks, personal narratives, and the artistic practice behind the exhibition. With an intuitive working method and without staging, Inuuteq Storch offers us access to Kalaallit Nunaat (Greenland) seen from a Greenlandic perspective. In the artist talk, he shares the stories, working methods, and experiences behind the works, and discusses photography as a tool to tell Greenland's story from within. The conversation will also touch on themes central to Heart Beats Hope – identity, history, everyday life, and belonging – providing a unique insight into an artistic practice where personal narratives are woven together with broader reflections on Greenland's past and present.
