Ovartaci Course: Gouache, Watercolor, and Pencil

Would you like to try your hand at painting or take your artistic expression to the next level? This special painting course invites you into Ovartaci's universe and working methods.

Over three evenings, we explore how Ovartaci created his wild, captivating, and imaginative artworks—from the initial strokes to the distinctive figures and moods. This course is designed for those eager to experiment with materials and explore the possibilities of using various media while gaining an understanding of Ovartaci's practice from within. Along the way, you will experience how ideas, materials, and personal reflections can emerge throughout your creative process. If you have previously attended painting courses at Kunsten: Even if you have participated in painting courses at Kunsten before, you are welcome to join again, as each course is based on a new exhibition, artist, relevant techniques, and specific methods.
